Mabel Alubo popularly called Bella or Bella Alubo, is a Nigerian recording and performing artist. She originally hails from Benue, Nigeria, was born and raised in the city of Jos, the foundation for Nigerian music greats such as M.I Abaga, Iceprince, Skales and Aramide. Her sound is best described as a distinct fusion of Soul, Pop and Hip-hop. Bella’s early days as a poet has gifted her the ability to be a skilled songwriter which reflects in the purity of her songs. 


With singles like Radio, Gimme Love and the successful release of “Late Night Vibrations”, a joint EP with Ycee, Bella Alubo is well on her way to being a game changer in the African music scene. 


Her third solo EP titled "re-BELLA" was released on December 7th, 2018. The 7-track EP serves an incredible Afro fusion of Pop, Soul and Dance genres; with top features by artistes from different parts of Africa – BOJ (Nigeria), Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Efya (Ghana), and Sho Madjozi (South Africa). The re-Bella EP boasts of remarkable production by Syn X, Quebeat, Remy Baggins and Tempoe. Songs mixed and mastered by Syn X, Alpha and Focus Ramon.
